The VINCI Energies brands Axians, Actemium and SI-TEC in Switzerland have been awarded the “Best Workplaces Switzerland” quality seal by the international consulting and research institute “Great Place to Work”. The basis for the certification was a survey conducted among employees in May 2024.
In the anonymous survey, 82% of our employees agreed that “all in all, they work in a very good workplace”. They also particularly appreciate the fact that they are given a lot of responsibility, enjoy the trust of their managers and are treated as full members of staff regardless of their position.
The award is particularly significant as it comes from our employees, who are best placed to assess us as an employer.
